Freddy FRESH in Nuremberg

(I usually remember Freddy Fresh better ... Winchester Pizza didn't look like a Winchester at all, the chives were forgotten and the onions were partially burnt. The same applies to the Pizza Venice where the basil was forgotten ..) Update: Since the change of ownership you can get the usual good Freddy Fresh quality again!

Very friendly staff on the phone! We were even supplied outside of the delivery area. Pizza is delicious, freshly made. Delivery time 30min. A bit expensive, but it's all worth it!

I have to improve my previous rating, after reopening everything was fine again on the last order. On-time (and contactless as requested!) Delivery, and the food was delicious too!

Super tasty pizza, especially with cheese crust. Pizza was hot when it arrived and delivery was perfect.

Today I tried to call 3 times within half an hour to order pizza. Nobody answers the phone !! No matter how long it rings. And that's not the first time that happens to me. In contrast to my predecessors, I found the pizza very good, but the quality and service has declined significantly since the change of ownership a few years ago. It's a shame if you've been a loyal customer for around 7 years ....

We ordered a maxi pizza, half four cheese and another half with mushrooms, but we got a pizza like that, totally cold, no cheese at all, the rim is fried but the bottom is cane, strangely enough it wasn't like pizza but like a lahmacun, tasty was disaster, I think they take ingredients from garbage. The dough had no salt. It cost 25 euros but for me this pizza is not worth a cent. If the head office Freddy Fresh tries a pizza from this branch, they will immediately take back the Frencheising. Simply loss of time, loss of money, loss of lust .. that was my first and last order from them ..

Basically, we were very happy to order there. But after almost 2 hours of waiting just not to bring the food very sad. Nobody can be reached by phone, nobody comes and the homepage said after 30 minutes. We have waited and waited, everything is understandable on Friday evening. But to bring nothing is not possible.

Unfortunately so disappointed and also angry. On October 3rd, 2020, I placed an order for almost 62.00 euros, paid online - the money was successfully withdrawn, but the pizzeria asked over the phone to pay in cash (because there were supposedly technical problems). So we paid twice as much and the money that would have to come back online is still not there. Not to be reached by phone but also by email and you get no answer. I hope this will be fixed soon ...

The announced delivery did not take place. The branch cannot be reached by phone despite opening hours for clarification. Only collecting money goes smoothly ... That was nothing today.

The salad, which is outrageously small for € 6.50, was unfortunately only half edible as the salt leaves apparently weren't washed at all or not washed properly (gritted between the teeth). The vegan pizza was clearly better than the last time we ordered. The pizza rolls were nice and fluffy and tasty.

I have been a Freddy Fresh customer for years and have always been satisfied, but the last 3 orders I made were very disappointing, the taste of the pizzas has decreased a lot as well as the optics is that the pizzas are no longer visible to you, ordered again today and what happened I didn't touch the pizza and put the chilli cheese nuggets back into the packaging. THAT WAS MY LAST ORDER FROM FREDDY FRESH !! It's a shame that you can't give minus stars here, otherwise I would do that. I once uploaded the pizza that should be Pizza Cape Town.

How does Freddy fresh work? If they deliver sub par food and you are no happy with your order, you will will blocked and you not allowed to order again. Instead of improving the service they will shift the blame onto the customer and mark it as a negative experience? So it's strictly give me me 5 star's or I'll mark the fault on on the customer? How about you actually delivering what you advertise.
